Heellloooooo Bloggeeeerrrr!!!
Wow it's definitely been a very LONG while since my last post. Over a year, eh?!
OH goodness... *bersih2in sarang laba-laba*
Okay lemme explain first. It's all because of the microblogging thing called Twitter
I've been sharing all my blabs about my days, activities, feelings, surroundings, there..
Sooo yeaah so sorry if you're forgotten for alittle while.. Hehehee
Well, let's see what do I have to share here.. Hmm it's too many things! Too MUCH!
I've been through sooooo many things and missed to put it here..
Umm,, where do we gotta start?
OH okay today's December 25th. Nothing's special in this day except my beloved athlete Dwi Nurvita 's birthday bash! The woman futsal athlete, a Jkt-Bdg LDR patriot, the girl with no nose and no eyebrow muahahhahahhaa ^.^v
AND.... I got a really BIG NEWS!
You know, in my life I've got many targets to achieve. One of them is to go abroad. There are some countries I want to, but I put the top 3 to be reached first!
1. Deutschland a.k.a Germany
When first entered the University of Indonesia, I already knew there's AIESEC local committee here. I've made my own decision, obligate myself to get into the organization and following the Global Community Development Project.

AND.... I got a really BIG NEWS!
You know, in my life I've got many targets to achieve. One of them is to go abroad. There are some countries I want to, but I put the top 3 to be reached first!
1. Deutschland a.k.a Germany
I've been dreaming to study in Germany since like, forever. Seriously, Germany has already been on my bucket list since I was in elementary. I'm talking for REAL! I daydream it very often. I'm always excited to all about Germany. I learnt the Deutsch language, I adore Mr. B.J. Habibie a lot mainly because he can be "someone" in that country, I always support Germany football team in the World Cup (as there's no Indonesia team), and many more.. No matter how much I love a country, Germany will always be on the top (after Indonesia, for sure)2. España a.k.a Spain
Real Madrid is my ultimate favorite football club that I've always supported no matter what. Spain national football team is the one beside the Germany team that always got my attention in the World Cup. I really can't choose which one's better, because both of them are truly the best on my eyes. This country contains numerous histories of the Islamic glorious period in the middle century. Thariq bin Ziyad, Granada, even the story of the sad April Fool's day happened here. It insisted me to love Spain although it has changed a lot nowadays. I envy my parents for being there several years ago, without me. Beside that, Spain people are all good looking ;;)3. Türkiye a.k.a Turkey
Almost the same reason behind my loving for this two-continental country. When studying about Dinasti Turki Usmani from the Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam subject in my highschool, I felt so delighted. The historical Islamic stories happened in Turkey are amazing! From the Aya Sophia or Haghia Sophia, Konstantinopel, Mustafa Kemal Atattürk, and so on.. It's also known for the miraculous architecture and design of the Masjid. And the third dream led me to get through my path... Here we go!
When first entered the University of Indonesia, I already knew there's AIESEC local committee here. I've made my own decision, obligate myself to get into the organization and following the Global Community Development Project.
wait wait wait.... What is this AIESEC thing???
Ah.. I almost forgot to tell about it.. Well,, you can freely click that link, or maybe watch this :)
That's for now. You all surely can find out more about it through the internet. So, I'll let google teach and let you know ;)
I applied the registration form at first. It's kinda complicated one, and I was given 7days to complete it and turn it back. Then I was curiously waiting for the announcement about those who managed to get into the 2nd round of the selection process and I made it! I stepped into the INTERVIEW round.
The interview was done in front of the AIESEC office at FEUI Student Center. The one who interviewed me was Kak Herdian.
I was feeling so pessimistic to be accepted because.... You know what??? During the interview, when I was talking, kakak ini dengan seenaknya garuk2 kaki, matanya liat2 ke kanan kiri kesana kemari, pokoknya bertingkah gitu deh.. Seems like ignoring and looking me down. Belum lagi speaking skill dia yang uda kayak kumur-kumur. Made me suffer about my poor English. He talked like no space, blublublublublub~ No wonder kan if I felt so down and... errr... Gondok! --,,--"
But thankfully in fact, Kak Herdian isn't that rude. He's nice and kind. He acted like that just for the sake of mentality challenge. Hmmm well,, you did it well kak, so very well. And he made me accepted in the AIESEC :3
Next is the welcoming party for all the new AIESECers. That was really fun; full of joy and laughter. We did the roll-call and roll-dance (semacam yel-yel), sing along, and many more. I also gained bunch of new friends that day. Such a wrap!
After signing the contract and fixing the fees, I've officially been a part of the awesome AIESEC members!
I'm an Exchange Participant (EP), and every EP gets their own EP manager. Mine is Kak Ganesha, FEUI 2010. He's responsible to submit my data into myaiesec so that I can access my very own myaiesec account. In that account, he also applied me to several projects in the countries that I want. They're Turkey, Poland, and Morocco. I chose the Health and Children concerned that represent my passion and interests.
Done applying, it's time to wait for the reply or response. I was afraid I wouldn't get any reply but it turned out to be different! At first, 2 projects, each from Turkey and Poland, replied through Kak Ganesha's email. And the interview time was scheduled right away. The Turkey project named Break Up The Barriers located in Bursa, about 3 hours away from Istanbul. The interview done via Skype on the night before my Ilmu Biomedik Dasar midterm! The interviewer was Muhammed Sezgin Akkoyun or simply called Sezgin, a handsome and friendly Turkish with such a manly voice hahahhahahahaa..
I was kinda afraid I won't get accepted but thankfully and luckily, I GOT IT!
In short, now I'm waiting for my visa that will be given on Thursday, December 27th, the day after tomorrow. I'm going to pack my belongings today and gonna fly home after the visa is with me on Thursday night. Only staying home for about 1 week, and later, on Saturday January 5th, I'll be back to Jakarta with my dad, and together wait in Soekarno Hatta International Airport for my flight to Istanbul at 6pm using Emirates Airlines. I'm going to transit in Dubai for about 12hours, and the airlines provide me an airport hotel. I'll be arriving in Istanbul Atatturk Airport on January 6th at around 2pm, and the project team will be welcoming me there.
I'm now excitedly looking forward to the time comes. This is surely gonna be my first experience to travel abroad all by myself. Wish me tons of LUCK! :D
